Facilitate resolution through interest based negotiation. Review as much information regarding the case as possible in advance. Start with joint session if warranted; if not, meeting with one side privately and go from there. Take parties through negotiation process. I do all I can to make it a comfortable, respectable and professional experience. Goal is to create a win-win resolution while each side realizes its individual interests. Discuss with each side the risks, options and costs of furthering the dispute or litigation.
Mediation hourly rate: $300 per hour, $1,200 for half-day mediation and $2,500 for the full day in Redlands, CA and $1700 for half-day and $3200 for full day at California locations beyond the Inland Empire.
Idaho mediation fees are $1200 and $2500 for half and full-days. Occasionally, there will be a travel fee with in the State.
