A highly trained and experienced alternative dispute resolution professional, Selina has spent the last eighteen years, serving as a Mediator, Conflict Coach, Dispute Resolution and Mediation Trainer, Arbitrator and Designer of In-house Mediation/Dispute Resolution Programs.

Selina provides services to corporations and organizations through her affiliation with CoralBridge Partners, a national consulting firm, and to individuals through TheAlternativeGroup. She is equally equipped to provide mediation services to individuals in civil, workplace and divorce disputes, as she is to provide trainings and in-house mediation programs to corporations struggling with conflict.

She is on the mediation panels for the Western District of PA and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, as well as the EEOC contract mediator panel.

Selina provides basic and advance mediation and conflict resolution trainings, both locally and nationally, for organizations and corporations, as well as at the law school level, including The Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law, Duquesne University School of Law, and The Saltman Center at UNLV School of Law.

Professional Background

Selina was one of the original mediators for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas' Generations Program, where she served as a custody mediator for thirteen years. She is a founding partner of Bunde Gillotti Mulroy & Shultz and later its practice group, The Alternative Group. Selina is on the panel of mediators for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Selina is the current President of the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania, Selina has also served as the Chair of the Program Committee and Treasurer. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Committee and the Association for Conflict Resolution. She formerly served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators.

Selina mediates both complex and simple divorce and custody cases, and all types of civil and business cases, possessing the sophistication and training necessary to deal with whatever issues arise. Selina has an uncanny ability to bring out people's best thinking in order to guide them to solutions.

Selina can provide design services to businesses wanting to create an in-house dispute resolution system to prevent the cost of future litigation.

When not mediating, Selina enjoys spending time with her husband, negotiating with her three active kids, running a marathon or two, and sneaking off to yoga.
