I have more than twenty-five years experience as a practicing attorney. I now exclusively provide mediation and arbitration in all aspects of Employment Law and Workplace,Family and Small Business Disputes, Personal and Property Injuries, Probate/Elder, and Commercial Disputes.

I regularly mediate through the EEOC mediation program, and I serve as an arbitrator in employment, commercial and business litigation cases. For more information, please see my website.

I draw upon my legal foundations to provide flexible, content focused, and practical strategies to assist the parties in resolving their disputes.

Professional Background

I draw upon more than twenty-five years of legal experience in which I represented clients in employment, commercial, business, and personal injury litigation, throughout Oregon and Washington.

My practice was built on the foundation of general litigation. I have litigated an extensive variety of claims in federal and state courts and have represented clients in administrative claims before the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI), and the U.S. Department of Labor Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Private Mediator, EEOC Mediator; U.S. District Court of Oregon Mediation Roster; and Multnomah County Circuit Court Civil Mediation Roster;

I also volunteered through Multnomah County Small Claims Court and have volunteered at the Clackamas County Dispute Resolution Center.
