I am a facilitative mediator serving as neutral. I use a mediation process map to explore parties needs and interest seeking for them to reach their solution that is both fair and benefits all parties I do not provide legal advice or opinions, except in those cases where all participants agree clearly to a specifically defined directive mediation approach. I am also qualified as a Collaborative Law Practitioner.

MEDIATION - Stand fee is $225 per hour and can be negotiated on a case by case rate or on a flat rate basis depending on the type and complexity of the case and the estimated time to complete the mediation. Fees normally are split equally between the parties unless the parties agree to a different fee arrangement. ARBITRATION: Same fees and charges as presented for mediation services.

Other Information

I mediate cases involving public and private contracts (including construction contracts); divorce and child custody; home owner associations/home owner; employment discrimination/discrimination and elder/family disputes (including guardianship disputes)regarding senior life style changes.
