Mediation and Business Consulting by K.T. Beck Enterprises, LLC focuses on using Mediation techniques to help individuals, families and businesses resolve conflicts. With areas of interest in Eldercare and Business Mediation, we are able to provide a wide variety of personalized services.

Professional Background

CEO Kathleen Kauth has been consulting in the corporate environment for nearly twenty years. Kathleen works with teams, customers and leaders to identify conflicts and issues, training them to overcome their conflicts and work together to achieve their goals. Realizing the benefits of using mediation skills and techniques to resolve conflicts, Kathleen began the process of incorporating Mediation services into the business consulting services. Actively aware of the issues in the senior care industry, Eldercare Mediation has become the primary focus of the practice.

Experience

Work within organizations to address conflict within teams and develop more successful communication and conflict resolution processes. Work with families as they navigate some of the conflicts that arise with the challenges of aging adults.

Bachelors of Arts - Criminology/Sociology Masters in Public Policy Certifications in: Brief Therapy/ Myers-Briggs/ Train-the-Trainer/ Mediation/ Quality Improvement/ Eldercare Mediation/ Gerontology (Masters level certification/ Understanding Dementia/ Preventing Dementia

Approach

Intake: We do a 15-20 minute phone interview with each individual who will be involved with the mediation. Schedule: We work with everyone involved to find the best time to meet - using technology to include those far away. Location: We will arrange to meet you at your home or chosen location to ensure your comfort. Online options are also available. Payment: Payment is expected at the time services are rendered

Fees

$250/hour. Discounts for immersive coaching (100+ hours) within organizations are available.
