Description of Practice

Since 1994 I have been mediating for courts, businesses, workplace, divorce and family disputes. I also provide services including Certified Business Coaching, Certified Mediation Training, Peer Mediation Training and Parenting Coordination.

I teach peer mediation to teens and young adults for Native American Nations when invited.

I also serve as a Parenting Coordinator for families.I was recently hired by a couple who are going through the court system and are having family issues with conflict, communications and different situations regarding their children; all of this while also going through a divorce. As a parenting coordinator I am able to assist with all systems impacting the family unit, and over time be able to bring resolution to the disputes that currently seem insurmountable to the couple going through them. While nothing is a guarantee, I do know that open, honest and respectful communications between people always makes a real difference.

I provide Certified Business Coaching to local businesses through employee training, mediation/conflict resolution skills and diversity training.

Check out my website for more information.
