ONLINE MEDIATION AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE - Including Weekends

We are running a SPRING special $100 per hour. We offer a no-cost 30-minute phone consultation so everyone can ensure that we are the right mediator for your situation.

We mediate, arbitrate or umpire online. Online is very effective and comfortable it is just like talking on the phone. The stress of meeting in a sterile office is eliminated. You can mediate from just about anyway as long as you have internet connection. It is a great option for those that are home bound or have a busy work schedule. Just think how easy it has become one person may be in Texas and the other in Korea it doesn't matter. Make the decision to mediate online and release the conflict once and for all.

Professional Background

Over 20 years experience as an independent Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the Bay Area of California. I appraised everything from house boats to commercial building for estate attorneys, mortgage brokers and individuals looking to lower their taxes. I was known for being able to "look outside the box" and figure out how this will work for this clients needs.

I owned and operated a 100 acre horse boarding facility in the Bay Area of California. Took a cattle ranch and converted it into a horse facility so I am aware of the challenges of running a business in horse and animal boarding facilities.

Moved to South Carolina and opened an equestrian B & B. From there I moved back to the family farm in Ohio and cared for my father with Alzheimer's. Elder care is another area that I have expanded my mediation practice in.

I noticed the increasing need for mediation in the field of insurance and you will note on my website that I am licensed in multiple states as an all lines adjuster.

Approach

Resolving an issue is very liberating especially when you resolve it without going to court or seeking an attorney. Mediation allows both parties to participate in a solution to the out come of your conflict. You decide the outcome not a judge. I mediate online or virtually which allows you the privacy of your home or office. It also eliminates a lot of stress by not having to come face to face with the person or parties that you are in a dispute with. Weekend or evening mediation are also available at no additional charge.

Fees

We are running a SPRING special $100 per hour. We offer a no-cost 30-minute phone consultation so everyone can ensure that we are the right mediator for your situation.

Fees vary depending on type of service required for example Umpiring is normally a one time process so it will be priced different from a divorce mediation that is normally scheduled every weekly for up to three months or when completed. Fees are case by case. Online mediation ranges from $125 an hour per side and on up once again depending on type of service. The time and date is set to your schedule. I do schedule mediations on the weekends.
